Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Information

Persons with disabilities who are requesting special assistance pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should contact the appropriate Court office at least 48 hours in advance of their Court date with their specific request for assistance.  For inquiries regarding the filing of paperwork with the Circuit Clerk's office, please contact (815) 727-8592 or  TDD (815) 727-8627.  For general ADA assistance within the courthouse, please contact the Office of the Chief Judge at (815) 727-8540 or TDD (815) 727-8627.
