GENERAL ORDER NO. 18-10
RE: GOOD FRIDAY I SPRING RECESS DAY
The Chief Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County, Illinois having declared that the Friday immediately before Easter Sunday of this year, known as Good Friday or Spring Recess Day, shall be a legal holiday in this county.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
!. The Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in Will County, and all Divisions thereof, shall stand adjourned all of Friday March 30, 2018.
- The Office of the Circuit Clerk of Will County shall be closed Friday, March 30, 2018 and the time for filing motions, pleas, answers or any other pleadings, process or papers which would otherwise expire on Friday, March 30, 2018 is hereby extended to Monday, April 2, 2018.
- The Clerk is directed to transmit copies of this Order to the Sheriff, State's Attorney, all Judges, the Will County Executive, the Law Library, all Clerk's Offices, the Will County Public Building Commission, the Warden of the Will County Adult Detention Facility, the Juvenile Detention Facility, the Probation Department, the President of the Will County Bar Association, the President of the Will County Women's Bar Association, the President of the Black Bar Association and the President of the Latino Bar Association, as well as posting copies on all Courthouse bulletin boards, and all public entrances and exits of the Courthouse.
