The financial compliance division assists individuals who are so ordered to schedule payment plans for fines owed to the Court. A monthly payment plan is determined pursuant to the payment agreement entered into with the financial compliance division. The agreement is then monitored by the division for adherence to the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Persons who fail to comply with the terms of their agreement in any form or fashion shall be referred to the Circuit Court / Office of the Will County State’s Attorney for non-compliance.

The Will County Financial Compliance Division began operations in July, 2002. Mr. Alan Coons serves as the Financial Compliance Officer and Ms. Johanna Mark is the Assistant Financial Compliance Officer.
